6- Indulge in Dessert :
Meals are much better if they end on a sweet note. Fruits are an excellent dessert. When chocolate marks the end of a good dinner, try a square of dark chocolate.
A little dark chocolate is as filling as a sweet, sticky dessert.
5- Avoid Bread :
White bread is not good for your size. Consuming two slices of white bread a day is linked with a 40% higher risk of weight gain.
Avoid losing white bread, cakes, tarts, and breaded products to lose weight. Try to eat whole grain bread. But don’t eat much bread anyway!
